Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Flower of Sound. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to provide clear guidelines regarding returns and refunds, aligned with European consumer protection regulations.

 

1. Returns

 

Phygital Products (Physical + Digital): You have the right to return a physical item within 14 calendar days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the physical item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

 

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, returns are generally not accepted. Digital products are exempt from returns or refunds once they have been downloaded. Before completing your purchase, please ensure you have selected the correct audio format.

At checkout, you must provide explicit consent acknowledging:

  • Import taxes might apply for orders outside the EU.

  • Once the download of a digital product has started, it cannot be refunded or returned.

  • The audio format ordered is compatible with your device.

  • Acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

By providing this consent, you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the purchase once the download begins, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

 

However, if you experience technical issues or are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service for support.

 

How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return for a physical product (part of a phygital purchase), please contact our customer service team at support @ flowerofsound.com to request a return authorization and receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.

 

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

 

2. Refunds

Once your returned physical item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

 

No Refund for Downloaded Digital Products: Please note that once a digital product has been downloaded, we cannot provide a refund. We offer free listening samples to help you make an informed purchase decision.

 

3. Changing or Canceling an Order

You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it. Please contact customer service as soon as possible to make any changes. For digital orders, the product must not have been downloaded or opened.

 

4. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning a physical item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.

 

5. Issues with Your Order

If you encounter any problems with your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We are here to help resolve any issues promptly.

 

6. Download Limits

Purchased digital products can be downloaded up to 2 times. Access your account to find the download links in your order history.
