Full Energy Body Scan is an immersive sound bath designed to align body, mind, and spirit through spatial audio and ancient vibrational practices. This release, our first venture into sound bath recordings, marks the beginning of our exploration into traditional vibrational wellness.
From Live Performance to Personal Experience
Full Energy Body Scan was recorded live at Het Speelveld in Amersfoort, Netherlands, by sound bath practitioners Frieda Nijzingh and Ronald van Putten. Captured using a first-order ambisonic microphone, this 360-degree spatial audio recording delivers an authentic live atmosphere. As our earliest sound bath recording, it reflects our starting point in immersive wellness audio. We are now planning a new recording with the latest technology.
A Journey in Five Movements
This 45-minute sonic journey consists of five distinct 10-minute tracks:
- Evening Breeze: Soft tones from Koshi chimes and a sansula create calm introspection.
- Full Energy Body Scan: Deep, resonant vibrations from large Tibetan singing bowls and a gong.
- Morning Breeze: Refreshing sounds from wind gongs and seed shakers.
- Purple Universe: Dreamlike textures from ocean drums and rainsticks.
- Rising Fire: Layered gongs and ocean drum patterns build to a powerful experience.
A Note on Intensity and Comfort
This sound bath features powerful sonic textures with strong dynamics. While many find these vibrations deeply relaxing, they can be intense or uncomfortable for some listeners. We recommend adjusting the volume to suit your comfort level.
